Join us for a lecture at the Conservatory with Adrian Ayres Fisher who is a long-time native plant gardener and volunteer with the Forest Preserve District of Cook County.  Her background spans the humanities, environmental conservation, and horticulture.  Adrian blogs at www.ecologicalgardening.net and contributes to City Creatures Blog, http://www.humansandnature.org/blog/

Learn about Native Bees – their life cycles, how they differ from honey bees, why we need both and where native bees might live in your garden.
