What are Kitchen Minis?
Kitchen Minis are naturally compact potted vegetable plants ideal for tabletop use. If you are new to gardening or low on growing space but want to enjoy fresh-grown vegetables, Kitchen Minis are a great option to consider.
These potted vegetable plants can be placed inside on a sunny windowsill or outside on a patio table. Sold in a 4” biodegradable CowPot, each plant’s harvest can last as long as 4-6 weeks.
The FOPCON Plant Sale Committee is excited to offer these plants to our community this year. They are ideal for apartment dwellers or those with limited gardening space.
Our Kitchen Minis selection features:
Quick Snack Cucumbers: Deliciously crisp and sweet cucumbers for recipes, salads, or great right off the plant. These cocktail-sized cucumbers are ready to harvest at 1.5-2.5” and regular harvesting promotes new flowers and more fruit.
Siam Cherry Tomatoes: These cherry tomatoes will brighten up your windowsill, but their compact nature won’t take up too much space. The Siam variety is sweet and juicy.
