Shinrin yoku, Japanese forest bathing, refers to the practice of immersing all of your senses in the healing forest to reduce stress hormones and increase immune function. We will translate this practice into the beauty and peace of Oak Park Conservatory through mindful activities on a gentle walk, without the distractions of any phones or electronics. Please be prepared to walk and sit. We will end with tea and reflections on what you noticed.
